GYM Goals: Month 1

Tuesday

~~Increase to 3.2 speed on treadmill consistently for entire walk

~~Go to the gym every day I can (building a habit)

~~Try out the pool (lap swimming)

~~Try out yoga and spinning

~~Get a good lower body/upper body weight routine down
