I’m just feeling so GOOD lately with our gym workouts!
I’ve gotten into the groove of my walking on the treadmill at the gym. Watching an episode of LOST while I walk makes the time FLY by and I also get in a longer workout.
My knee has been hurting me less which is also a good thing! I don’t know if it’s the extra walking which is making the muscles stronger OR the Aleve which seems to help that nagging pain that never went away with Tylenol or Ibuprofen…but whatever it is…I’m grateful.
I was just telling Kimm the other day…I cannot wait to see how we feel after a year at the gym. I think we are in for some major GOOD changes and I cannot wait!!
