Yesterday I did legs and today I did arms. It feels good to lift weights again.
AND it’s good for me. Increased muscle mass means that when I lose weight it will actually be FAT that I lose and not muscle. Also, the increased muscle mass is more metabolically active and will burn more calories just at rest than fat.
I just hope (fingers seriously crossed) that lifting arm weights combined with better eating means that eventually I will be rid of this underarm fat that has accumulated and is SO UGLY!!!!!
