Thinking about next month’s health goals…


June is almost over…

So of course I am immediately thinking about my health goals for next month.

I’m going to break it down into three categories, each with three goals!


1 — Increase baseline treadmill speed to 3.3

2 — Yoga 1x/week

3 — Gym 4x/week


1 — 1 new vegan recipe/week

2 — Increase water to 9 cups/day

3 — 3 smoothies/week for snack


1 — Weigh in 1x/week (for accountability — to keep trying EVERY week)

2 — Learn 8 yoga poses (and practice them!)

3 — PORTION sizes!!!! (decrease obviously!)

We shall see how these goals go during the month.   I will re-evaluate before the start of next month!
