Monday Went to the gym today by myself. It was a tough workout. Some days are just better than others and today I just was NOT feeling it on the treadmill. Everything felt HARD. When I hit 3.3 for speed I said to myself, “this is my base speed??” (it felt too fast!) But I powered through! And then I did an awesome leg workout. Seriously, my legs felt like jelly afterward — but in a good way 🙂 I’m glad I went to the gym…I definitely felt better afterward. I just have to keep remembering those GREAT endorphins!!
