Went to the gym today and wasn’t really feeling it.
It was hot out, I felt hot, I just didn’t FEEL like being at the gym.
But once I got through my TM workout and started lifting weights (arms today) I felt GOOD!
The best part…I can TELL I’m getting stronger. I can do the shoulder presses MUCH better (even though I’m still at the same weight), I was able to increased the chest fly by 5 pounds and it felt good, and just OVERALL I felt STRONG.
SO…EVEN IF THE SCALE IS NOT MOVING MUCH…I can tell I’m getting stronger and that is a GOOD THING.
