PMS Cravings


Seriously I HATE that time of the month.

The chocolate cravings (or really just SWEETS in general) is so strong!

This morning at work I grabbed a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup for the ride home.  It tasted SO GOOD.  Believe me I could have eaten A LOT more crap.

Good thing I was so tired or I’m sure I would have been tempted to stop at the store and grab something to binge on.

Thankfully I had a good workout at the gym today so that helped a lot.

I just need to get through these next few days with as few slip ups as possible.
