Made it.

Wednesday

I made it through my tough six out of seven night stretch on.

AND not too bad with food choices.  Although I do admit I could have eaten less carbs, more vegetables.

That is going to be my goal for the next little stretch of days on before my vacation…more REAL food — carrots and hummus, almonds, apples, cherries, peanut butter, oatmeal.

Progress, not perfection.
