Finally made it back to the gym.


It was a tough one.

I don’t know if I’ll be able to keep up the 3.5 speed on the treadmill…it’s really tough on my knees.  But I like the cardiac boost it gives me…sigh.  Maybe I’ll try going back down a little on the speed and trying to up the incline??

We did legs today.  I wrote down my weights again so I can REMEMBER where I am 🙂

Thigh adductor –80 lbs

Thigh abductor — 120 lbs

Leg press — 150 lbs

Leg extension — 45 lbs

Leg pull — 65 lbs

I’m hoping that this is the first of a longer stretch of days at the gym.
