Today we went to El Forestero for mexican!!! YUMM!!!
But SO easy to overdo on…you just want to keep on eating.
Here’s how I did today (pretty good I think!)
app — 25 chips/gaucamole (approx 3 Tbsp??)/salsa
meal — ate 1/2 — veggie quesadilla/all beans/few spoonfuls of rice
drink — bottle of orange soda
I felt pretty full at the end. Of course I KNOW I probably ate too many chips and the soda was full of sugar.
Changes I could make in the future — water, 20 chips, guac on 10 of the chips.
It tasted SO GOOD!!!!
We had the leftovers for dinner — so what could have been one meal, we turned into two 🙂
