This yoga that I’ve been doing (for a total of three times!) is kicking my butt…there are literally parts of it that are SO hard…I have to stop and think how I can accommodate my heavier self to be able to do the moves.
But even though I can’t do everything exactly like the instructor and I often get frustrated with myself…I still REALLY like it.
I like being able to try to improve myself each class.
I like the feeling of strength I get when I can do a pose well.
I like the focus on breathing.
I like the time of meditation at the end that always seems to bring me to tears.
This yoga thing…I think I’ll keep on with it.
I can’t wait to see where I am in a year.
